Probably the fastest and best customer service ever! I placed an order but the payment failed so I paid again and got an order confirmation. Literally within a couple of minutes I’d had a missed call followed by a WhatsApp message from Evan advising he had received 2 payments but only one order, and asking if I wanted 2 kits or if the extra payment was a PayPal error. A PayPal refund followed a few minutes after my reply. I’d ordered on my way to work and I am only a 15 minutes walk away from the office - all sorted by the time I got into the building and before 8:30am on a Friday morning. I’ll be telling the other football mums and recommending you to them all this weekend!

Can’t recommend Evan highly enough! I stumbled across mkfootballkits online as was looking for a full Southampton kit for my 2 kids, the Southampton store only did shirts! I made an order 1 week before Xmas which I knew was tight on time but Evan went out of his way to secure the best courier service and the full kit arrived today with names and numbers (no extra charge) - my kids will be delighted as am I.
