Return Policy  

If you have ordered the wrong size then unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund, instead we can offer a replacement in a different size or a gift voucher to use if the item is returned and received to us with all original labels/tags attached and in the original packaging.

if an item is faulty e.g. ripped or damaged on arrival then please return the item with all original labels/tags attached and in the original packaging and a replacement, gift voucher or refund can be given when item is received back to us. 

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels.

Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days.Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

Please Note:

Refunds cannot be processed whilst the item is in transit. 

Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items cannot be returned over 28 days after delivery. 

Buyer pays for return postage.
